| Chris Missick's commitment to our country and
his military obligation has led him to Sacramento International Airport today, where he
will embark on a remarkable joint forces training exercise in South Korea. Training
side by side with the ROK (Republic of Korea) soldiers, as well as other American Reserve
and Active Duty soldier, Missick looks forward to the exercise as an excellent opportunity
to serve as piece of the puzzle that is America's military. Before departing, Missick stated "The American military is the
most just, most remarkable fighting force ever assembled. It is a force based upon
freedom, liberty, discipline and high moral standards. The military and its men and
women, are a beacon to our own citizens and the world." He added, "I look
forward to bringing my training and skills as a 31 Romeo, a Multi-Channel Systems
Transmission Operator/Maintainer, to the renowned 307th Signal Battalion."
Missick will be spending the duration of his time in Korea in
the city of Taegu at Camp Walker. |
