| Missick Sworn in as Voting Member of the Sacramento Central Committee |
| Joining a remarkable team of leaders and
dedicated volunteers, Missick was sworn in as a representative from the 9th Assembly
District to the Sacramento Republican Central Committee. His energetic youthful
qualities are coupled by nearly six years of active political involvement and employment.
Having worked on elections at the local, state and national level, Missick has set
his eyes on contributing to the victory of a great slate of Republican candidates in
Sacramento in 2004. Additionally, his heart for engaging Sacramento's youth and other politically under-represented communities, will help the party make a greater headway into previously untouched constituencies. Missick stated after the exciting night that "California is truly the final frontier of American Republican politics. Our Party has captured the House, the Senate, the presidency and most of the nations statehouses. Tonight marks the beginning of our team in Sacramento leading the way to making the Golden State GOP country." His optimism contributes to the beam of new hope that is the face of the new California Republican Party. |
